It is basically a sport-tourer that combines both elements of speed and cruise comfort. It is well regarded for its versatility and impeccable handling that makes it an ideal bike for racing and long cruises as well. This model traces its roots back to the early 1990s when Triumph introduced the Sprint 900 which achieved good success and led to its production up to 1997 without any major changes in design. It was re-introduced in 2002 with remarkable improvements in physical design that was now more compact and enabled commendable handling especially on bending trails thus enhancing its reputation as the ideal sport-tourer. Later versions have largely focused on improving the levels of comfort for the rider. It has sporty headlights that are fitted with dual extra white xenon HID H4 halogen light bulbs with a bluish tint that give the standard 60/55 watt light beam and can be purchased for US $ 12.
