This model packs a respectable combination of speed, cruising strength and commuting agility. It manages to blend these features effortlessly and this has made it very popular. Its design was intended to impress the rider with its aggressive looks as well as instill confidence in its versatility. It was first introduced to the scene in 1993 together with the Sprint ST but was less successful in comparison. A few adjustments were made in its subsequent 1990s production in a bid to improve on its popularity with average effect. In 2001, it was almost completely re-invented mainly as a sport tourer though it shared a similar engine with the Sprint ST. This re-birth translated immediately to the sales charts from whence there were improvements on every subsequent production making it a more gratifying success. It uses a pair of xenon HID H4 light bulbs for its headlights for the price of US $ 12 which offer 60/55 watts light.
